About a Real Mom
Rebecca Garland is a Real Mom. She suffered through a sixty pound weight gain, terrible swelling and a little bit of heartburn to produce the most beautiful 10lb 9oz baby boy ever born on Earth. She loves being a mother and the joys and heartaches it brings. In fact, she is such a fan of being a Real Mom, she endured another 70 pound weight gain, more swelling, and even more heartburn to produce a 12lb 8.5oz wonder in July of 2007.
Rebecca began this site to share her knowledge with other moms or interested parties. She has learned a tremendous amount through experience -as any mother has, but is also a voracious reader and heavily researches all aspects of her children’s development. Finally, she has a close network of friends with children to brag and complain to. All of this combines into too much information to keep to herself. Other might benefit, and the site begins.
